Tasting note: 35% Syrah, 35% Grenache, 20% Mourvedre and 10% Carignan. Nice deep colour, garnet-red tints. Intense and complex nose, truffle, undergrowth, ripe fruit, vanilla, cinnamon, liquorice. Rich on the palate, but roundness, a nice extraction, but well-matured tannins. Long and rich final of ripe fruit and vanilla.
