This wine is an easy drinking style with abundant ripe tropical fruit flavours of pineapple and passion fruit. Its soft and lingering finish makes it a great alternative to chardonnay.

The subtle complex characters are derived through the sensitive use of oak. The palate structure is typical of a rich, classic shiraz that fills your mouth with ripe fruit flavours and is well supported by velvety ripe tannins and a hint of fruit cake falavours. Medium bodied style with velvetry tannins and a hint of dark fruitcake flavours.

Tasting note: With a persistent bead, the wine is ruby red in colour. A medium intensity bouquet with wonderful ripe aromas of mulberry jam combined with mocha. Soft and supple with rich Shiraz fruit flavour, the wine has excellent mouth feel. This medium bodied slightly sweet wine is soft and fruity with confectionary flavours of glace cherries and a clean fresh finish.
